Body Scrub Instructions: For a fantastic salt glow use once a week. Soften the skin first by soaking ten to fifteen minutes in warm water. Rub some body scrub onto the area you want to exfoliate. Roll up a moist washcloth and rub your skin in a circular motion, spending at least a minute or two in each area. If you go too quickly, you don't get the full exfoliation.
